Donating to and becoming and American Thoracic Outlet Syndrome Association (ATOSA) Society of Hope member. 

The American TOS Association is in the process of changing membership and donor structure. Please read carefully as benefits have changed. We have added several more member benefits. Some benefits are not yet available. Your membership dues are now considered a donation. To maintain active ATOSA membership, a minimum donation applies.*

Over the past three years, the American TOS Association has become known as the leading non profit organization for increase public awareness throughout the world. ATOSA supports patients on their journey from diagnosis to successful symptom management. Together we have made tremendous strides in bringing Thoracic Outlet Syndrome to the forefront of modern medicine and to bing new hope to a seeemingly forgotten seemingly population. *Seals are sent by mail as a paper seal and available as a badge or seal for your website or stationary. Membership must be renewed annually to continue to use member seals.

*Corporate Sponsorship Available - Minimum Corporate Sponsorship is $5000.00  with additional corporate sponsorship benefits included per contract. 

Forum rules apply to every member of our interactive forum regardless of donor or ATOSA member status. The American TOS Association reserves the right to discontinue any donor or paid member access to interactive benefits for any reason we deem not appropriate. No partial or full refunds will be issued if these capabilities are revoked either temporarily or permanently 

The American TOS Association reserves the right to refuse membership or donations from any person or organization so long as no federal or state law is violated. Member who have been previously banned from public access forum are not eligible for paid membership at any time.
